Where are your products sourced from?

We understand that local sourcing isn’t always possible, so we import directly or partner with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Every product we offer contributes to environmental care, whether through eco-friendly packaging or other means. Our strong supplier relationships ensure we consistently provide products that align with our values and support a healthier planet.

Transparency is key to our approach. We strive to mention the source of each product on our website so that you know exactly where your purchase comes from. If you know of any amazing local growers or have a lead on a better source, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can continue to support ethical, sustainable practices that benefit everyone.

How do you choose which products to sell?

Whether it’s a team member stumbling upon a remarkable creation or a new interest leading us to explore unique offerings, our selection process is driven by a genuine love for what we do.

Every product in our collection is carefully curated to ensure it aligns with our core values of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and harmony with nature. We choose items that complement each other, creating a cohesive and thoughtful selection without redundancy or overlap in ingredients or uses.

How does ordering work?

I want to order.  What is the Process?

1. Browse and Search:
- Find the products you would like to order by exploring categories or brands using the navigation menu.
- Alternatively, you can search for specific products or ingredients by using the Search Bar at the top of the webpage.

2. Add to Basket:
- When you find a product you like, add it to your Basket by clicking the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
- For products that come in different sizes, colors, or flavors, click on the product to select your preferred option.

3. Review Your Basket:
- Once you’ve selected all the products you wish to buy, click on the "BASKET" icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Then, click the "VIEW BASKET & CHECKOUT" button to proceed.

4. Enter Delivery Information:
- If you’re a new customer, you’ll be prompted to enter your Delivery Address.
- After entering your address, choose your preferred Delivery Method.
- Returning customers will be directed to select the Shipping Method. If you need to change your delivery address, use the tabs at the top of the page to go back to "1. Delivery Address."

5. Select Payment Method:
- Pay securely using Peach Payments.  Your payment details are not stored on our server.

6. Complete Your Order:
- Review your order details and click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order number for your reference.

Can I change or add to my order?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, we unfortunetly can not amend or add to it.  Each order is handled as one transaction with a unique order number.

You can start a new order for additional products that you want, however you will pay for shipping charges on your new order if it is under R900.00.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
